Bug fixes 3/3/15 release:
- Plugin is not able to update the VM status when same cloud service has 2 different VMs
- Download RDP option is available in plugin when the Remote Desktop port number is not default
- Cloud service settings and End Point settings window not showing the data entered when next or previous button is clicked
- Refresh button should be disabled once it is clicked and azure has not completed the update
- Default window alignment for creating New Cloud Service/Storage Account is not proper
- Use ListCellRenderer instead of ListCellRendererWrapper or ColoredListCellRenderer?
- Make default VM size as Small (1 cores, 1792 MB)
